We own and operate Huscribe, a voice-command productivity layer designed to integrate with third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other productivity tools (the "Service").

Important: This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of any third-party websites, applications, CRM platforms, or other services that you may choose to connect with Huscribe. These third parties are separate data controllers, and their respective privacy policies govern their collection and use of your data.

Critical Notice: When you upload, sync, or otherwise provide Personal Data belonging to your customers, leads, or other third parties into Huscribe, you are the "Data Controller" for that specific dataset. Huscribe acts solely as a "Data Processor" on your behalf.
